Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Pi Beta Phi Fraternity is focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion to achieve lifelong sisterhoods and contribute to the betterment of society. As true friends, we value the uniqueness of each sister, empowering one another through meaningful relationships grounded in empathy and support. As the first fraternity for women, our roles and responsibilities are to recognize our power as college-educated women to work for an equitable society. We aim to reflect our Pi Phi values and the values of the evolving society by promoting DEI within our chapter. 

Pi Beta Phi strives to create environments where all members feel welcome, respected, and valued. This not only enhances the individual experiences but also strengthens the overall community. Embracing diversity allows Pi Phi members to learn from various perspectives, allowing enriched personal growth, enhanced leadership development, and fostering a broader understanding of different cultures and viewpoints.
